Critical Timelines:
April 17: PA FBLA Zoom Meeting
April 30: $25o per traveler deposit due to PA FBLA
May o3: Deadline for lodging reservations through PA FBLA (PA FBLA must submit lodging lists to National FBLA the following week)
May 07: All competitors must be placed in National FBLA’s Blue Panda (or face late fees)
May 07: Production testing begins at home schools (Computer Applications, Database Applications, Spreadsheet Applications, Word Processing)
May 14: Production test files/assets must be submitted for judging by local advisers
May 15: Full travel payment due to PA FBLA
June 13: Final payment (registration, etc.) due to National FBLA
National FBLA will charge a late fee for late registrations and competitive events changes using this schedule:
May 11: $15 late registration fee and $25 competitive event change fee
June 05: $25 late registration fee and $75 competitive event change fee
June 19: $50 late registration fee and $200 competitive event change fee
Conference Dates: June 29-July 02 (does not include travel to or from)
Conference sessions will be held at the Orange County Convention Center (West Concourse), International Boulevard, Orland0
Competitor Eligibility: 1st- through 4th-place winners in high school and middle school events are eligible to represent Pennsylvania FBLA. Should there be any students not able to attend, an offer will be made to the next ranked student/team. Eligibility applies to PA FBLA high school national events (not open events) and middle school national events (not Pennsylvania only events).

Registration:
Student registration fee: $195
Adviser/adult registration fee: $100

Lodging per night (must stay in a National FBLA contracted hotel): $275 per night (1-4 in a room), including taxes and fees
Competitors must stay at least one night.

National FBLA Housing Policy
Airfare:
Groups are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to an from Orlando.
For reservations made through PA FBLA (all lodging MUST be made through PA FBLA), there will be a $31 per person service fee that will include meet and greet; airport transfers; key distribution; trading pin. Optional purchases will include shirt, tours, FBLA lunch and/or dinner.
There will be a per person deposit due by the end of April with full payment by May 15.
