The state officer interview committee shall be a minimum of three individuals: (1) the state officer adviser, (2) a voting Board of Directors member, (3) and another person selected by the state officer adviser who shall not be the adviser of one of any of the applicants. The Executive Director/State Chairman shall also be considered a member of the interview committee.
