On October 6th, FBLA members from schools across Region 6 gathered at Codorus State Park for this year’s regional leadership workshop. With about 200 attendees, the RLW offered students a valuable opportunity to meet and connect with other members from throughout the region. Throughout the day, we took advantage of extensive networking opportunities, exchanging ideas, sharing chapter experiences, and building relationships that will strengthen our regional community well beyond the workshop itself.
In addition to networking, attendees participated in a variety of interactive games and team activities – like balloon tower races and group dance creation – designed to connect members and develop their leadership skills. These activities encouraged students to step outside their comfort zones, communicate with new people, and work toward shared goals. We thank all participating schools, advisors, and officers for their enthusiasm and contributions to a successful day. We look forward to seeing everyone at the Regional Leadership Workshop this December. Together, we are building a stronger, more connected region.
