Crestwood FBLA President Presents Capstone Review

Crestwood FBLA President Presents Capstone Review

Mountain Top, PA — Avery Pisano, Crestwood High School FBLA President and member of the Class of 2026, represented Crestwood FBLA on the national stage at the FBLA National Leadership Conference in San Antonio, Texas, June 28 through July 2.

Pisano was recognized nationally for her FBLA Capstone Project, “Housewarming for Heroes,” a service project focused on supporting local veterans by collecting household items and assembling housewarming baskets. As part of the national competition, Pisano presented her project to a panel of judges and earned eighth place in the nation, an outstanding accomplishment among FBLA students from across the country.

“Avery’s success at the national level is a tremendous accomplishment and a reflection of the passion and dedication she has shown throughout her FBLA career,” said Crestwood FBLA adviser Mrs. Christy Laubach. “Her Housewarming for Heroes project made a meaningful difference in the lives of local veterans and seeing her recognized among the best in the nation was incredibly rewarding. We are extremely proud of Avery and all she has accomplished.”

Pisano’s national recognition and Crestwood FBLA’s fourth consecutive Champion Chapter Gold designation cap an exceptional year for the 25-26 Pennsylvania FBLA Outstanding Chapter and highlight the continued success of Crestwood students at the local, state, and national levels.
