SECURE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
ACH BANK TRANSFER
CHECK or MONEY ORDER
Pennsylvania FBLA chapters/advisers/parents/customers may now
submit payment online for services through the secure payment system associated
with our accounting software, QuickBooks.
Options will include payment by:
1. credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)***
2. ACH/bank transfer
***If a credit card is used, there will be an added 3% fee to cover the costs
associated with the use of the card.
If ACH (bank-to-bank transfer) is used, there is no fee.
Here's how the system works:
If a school is paying the bill, an invoice will be sent to the school system.
The school system will have the option to pay by check, credit card, or ACH.
If a parent or other individual wishes to pay by check, credit card, or bank
transfer, an invoice will be sent to that person directly for his/her share of
the costs. In order to generate the invoice, the parent or other
individual (or the chapter adviser on behalf of the parent/other individual)
must complete the following online form:
Once the request to pay by check, credit card, or ACH is received, the invoice
will be generated and emailed to the address shown on the request. Be sure
to check your spam filter in case the invoice ends up there. If the parent
wishes to pay by check, simply pay the amount on the invoice and mail it to the
address shown on the invoice.
